Could hardly believe this was my first time playing football for AFCSM in almost a year! So was fairly psyched up. 3 mins after coming on rectified that... haha....

Game was played at UM. Kenari FC are UM staff. Azman scored our goal.

AFCSM vs Juventus Fan Club Malaysia, 7th March 2010...

2 hour friendly on the blue pitch at Samba. Yes, i like!!!

Starting this game, Jepp put into motion his paperwork on scoresheet and payment records. I like that too!!! Sham came, but did not play, so he was asked to be score and timekeeper. Thanks bro!

Very fun game, honest to goodness. Great action too by both sides. Their barefoot keeper, imported from Indonesia was a hard man to beat.

We played well, Ram and Khai scored own goals. Haha.

Oh ya, according to official score, we won 21-17.

AFCSM vs King Raptor FC, 27th Feb 2010...

Due to some miscommunication, this game was only for 1 hour, and it was played NOT on the blue pitch. Very slippery, that other pitch, virtually everyone was slipping.

Because of that, we split the hour into 15 minutes each. Philip's team played the 1st and 3rd period, while the rest played the 2nd and 4th.

Overall, a comfortable win for AFCSM. I think Philip's team won both games 3-0, while the rest of us won 6-2 in the first, and drew 1-1 in the last game. To be fair, King Raptor was missing 2 of their stars, who arrived late.

I played keeper, by the way. Less chance of injuring other people that way.

Barcelona M'sia vs AFCSM, 6th Feb 2010...

This is my first time playing again with AFCSM after a long break, so I definitely wasn't fit...I mean, even worse than normal...

Was really looking forward to this...

However, everyone who was there at Samba de Futsal, will always remember the quite serious injury Imran, playing for Barca, suffered after colliding with me and falling akwardly on his hand/arm.

Was horrified to see his dislocated elbow. Despite no one blaming me, including the Barca guys, I felt really bad. I contacted Imran the next day and he said he forgave me. I wanted to visit him but he said it wasn't a good time. Hopefully one day we'll meet again.

Anyways, the results...

AFCSM 0-5 Team Bdr Tun Razak, 9 Jan 2010

Again, I did not play since a lot of people wanted to. I just came to support my fellow Gooners with my family but again, the rain forced me to go home early...

Hemaviton Mini Tournament, Sports Planet Shah Alam, 16th December 2009

The original plan was for Tok Jinjang FC to enter this tourney but we couldn't get a squad ready. Since I've already made up my mind about entering it, I contacted some fellow Gooners to see whether we could come up with a decent squad. Khai brought Arif and 2 other Goons who I've never met.


This was not AFCSM's team of course, but we were still all Gooners, so when the organizer called and asked for the team name, I said Abou Diaby. They wrote it as Abu Diabi.

A total of 10 teams took part, divided into 2 groups of 5. Group champs meet in the final.

Unfortunately, only 1 pitch was used for our category, so it was past 1 am when we finished our last group game.

Our results?

Won the first game 3-0.
Drew the 2nd game 0-0.
Lost the 3rd game to the eventual group champions 0-1. A punk waved his fist at Mukhlis after they battled for the ball.
Drew the 4th game 1-1. Mukhlis was yellow-carded. I thought that was a wrong decision.


Special mention for Khai, who conceded only 2 goals and several great saves. It was overall great fun. Thanks guys! We'll give it another go next time.

Other than the scheduling, everything else was all right, I guess. 2 referees officiated each game and they were definitely top class.
